EzySuite contains an extremely comprehensive set of reporting, searching and exporting features that help users turn data in to valuable insight.  These features are provided by the integrated business intelligence engine, search engine and relational database.  Users can perform a quick search of all record types with support for wild characters i.e. ‘starts with’ along with field-level searches e.g. ‘firstname:richard’.  Keyword searches and advanced searches are also supported.  ‘Stored searches’ enable users to construct highly specific searches for re-use, for example to send regular newsletters to a set of customers.  Highly customisable reports can easily be produced from any stored search and can be scheduled for automatic delivery to designated recipients in pdf or Excel formats.
