Manage files and documents
The integrated ContentManager application is a comprehensive document management solution that enables users to easily view and work with the latest files, documents and emails. Files and documents can be uploaded in Word, pdf, HTML and many other file formats. Users can also link documents and emails to relevant contacts, organisations, opportunities, cases and events e.g. to keep a record of the specific proposal that was sent to a customer. Accessgroups control which users can access each document. The ‘check in / check out’ feature helps avoid version conflicts. Final documents and templates can be locked to prevent updating. Prior versions are automatically retained for corporate governance purposes. Flexible ‘stored searches’ help identify files, documents and emails that may be suitable for archiving.
