The optional Communicator enterprise email application enables users to easily send and manage email using popular email clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird and Mail. Communicator includes secure access via computers, tablets and smartphones.  Email is scanned for viruses and spam filters automatically help identify suspicious emails.  Email can be filed and managed more effectively using folders and sub-folders and email is retained on the server until it’s deleted.  To share an email with other EzySuite users, all a Communicator user needs to do is to drag an email to the ‘Filing’ folder in their email client.  The email (including attachments) is then stored in ContentManager and is automatically linked to relevant contacts who were sent, or who were copied on, the email.
